BMW India in its bid to bolster its service and customer initiative launched the BMW Joy Rewards after-sales program. The program is aimed to offer great value, convenience and support to customers who have owned a BMW for more than 5 years.

Fun fact about the BMW Joy Rewards initiative is that the longer you have owned the BMW, the greater the benefits. The program offers discounts from 14% to 30% on service costs and select body parts as per the longevity of the Beemer held. Customers can avail benefits each time they send their cars to the authorised BMW service shops/ dealerships.

The program is available on select parts and select labour costs and includes services under the Condition based service, battery replacement, select suspension parts, front and rear brakes, brake fluid, spark plug, air filter, fuel filter, engine oil etc

Reflecting on the program is Dr Hans- Christian Baertels, President, BMW India Group ”Sheer driving pleasure is guaranteed when you own a BMW. We make ownership a rewarding experience throughout the vehicle’s lifecycle. With the introduction of BMW Joy Rewards, we are setting a new benchmark in the luxury automobile segment. The program will substantially bring down the cost of maintenance as the car matures. Coupled with the unbeatable quality of BMW after-sales service, it will provide greater value and peace of mind to our customers."
