BMW India in its bid to bolster its service and customer initiative launched the BMW Joy Rewards after-sales program. The program is aimed to offer great value, convenience and support to customers who have owned a BMW for more than 5 years.
Fun fact about the BMW Joy Rewards initiative is that the longer you have owned the BMW, the greater the benefits. The program offers discounts from 14% to 30% on service costs and select body parts as per the longevity of the Beemer held. Customers can avail benefits each time they send their cars to the authorised BMW service shops/ dealerships.
The program is available on select parts and select labour costs and includes services under the Condition based service, battery replacement, select suspension parts, front and rear brakes, brake fluid, spark plug, air filter, fuel filter, engine oil etc
